a note for your international office or careers team

A career outcomes partnership built for your students, not a generic jobs board

You're seeing this page because we'd like to partner with your institution. Below is everything NextJobStep does, exactly what a partnership includes, and why colleges across Ireland are moving on this now rather than next year.

why now

Your competitors are already having this conversation

Ireland enrolled a record number of international students last year, and every college is competing for the same growing pool of applicants. Institutions are shifting their pitch from recruitment alone to visible outcomes, because that's what's actually winning applicants now.

student experience

Self-Track is built for consistency, not just logging

Most students start strong, ten applications in the first week, then momentum quietly drops. Self-Track shows students their own pattern before the search stalls, and under a partnership, your team sees it too.

Built across every course your college teaches

From cybersecurity to culinary arts, whatever your students are training for, they see relevant roles, events, and interview prep for it from day one, not a generic international jobs feed. These are the domains we're live with today, and the list keeps growing with every college we partner with.

beyond the outcomes data

What partnering says about your college

When a prospective student or their family is comparing colleges, this becomes part of the story you tell them directly: your careers team doesn't just teach, it actively tracks and supports where every student ends up. That visible commitment to student outcomes, not just admissions, is what builds a college's reputation over time, with prospective students, with their parents, and with the education agents who recommend you. Partnering isn't only about the data itself, it's a public signal that your institution values its students' futures as much as their time in the classroom.

nothing missed

Every job fair, walk-in, and networking event in one place

Right now, information about career days, walk-in interview events, and employer networking nights is scattered, an email here, a noticeboard there, a message forwarded from a classmate. Students miss opportunities simply because they never heard about them in time. Under a partnership, every job fair, walk-in event, and networking opportunity your college has a relationship with lives in the same feed as everything else, so students see it once, in one place, instead of piecing it together from wherever it happens to surface.

Pilot results and college quotes go here once available. This section is intentionally left out of the live page until there's something real to show.

You can see this working before you commit to anything

The only real cost is the one you're already paying: another enrolment cycle where a competing college answers "will I get a job here" with data, and you can only answer with reassurance.

questions we hear from colleges

Common questions

Does this only work for English language students?

No. NextJobStep covers colleges across IT and professional course types, cybersecurity, finance, DevOps, construction, data analytics, and business analytics, alongside English language and further education pathways. You set the industry tags that match your student body.

Does this replace our existing careers team?

No. It gives your team a dashboard, the ability to post your own listings and events, and your students better tools. The parts of careers support that need a human stay with your team, this handles the infrastructure around it.

How is the sponsorship data different from a "sponsorship available" filter elsewhere?

Some platforms show a listing level flag set by whoever posted the job. NextJobStep shows employer level history, how many permits that specific company has actually been granted, over what period, so students can tell the difference between a company that says it sponsors and one that actually has.

What happens to student data?

We'll walk you through our data handling and privacy practices on the call, happy to go through the specifics for your institution before you commit to anything.

Do students pay for this themselves?

Self-Track is free for individual students. College Partnership billing is per student, per year, and we'll go through the structure that works for your institution on the call.

How long does setup actually take?

Choosing your industry tags and getting dashboard access is the bulk of it, most colleges are live within two weeks. There's no IT project required on your end.

What if our students are studying a field NextJobStep doesn't cover yet?

Tell us on the call. We'll talk through how an uncovered field or tag would be handled for your student body.

What does the 60 day pilot actually commit us to?

Nothing. No setup fee and no long term contract are attached to the pilot period, it's a genuine trial on your own cohort before any decision.
