About NextJobStep
A system for international students hunting jobs in Ireland, not another jobs board.
We have built NextJobStep because Ireland's international students deserve a real system, not another job board.
Ireland's international student population is growing faster than the support built around it
Ireland enrolled a record number of international students in the last academic year, and demand keeps climbing. Most of that growth has landed on colleges that were never built with dedicated careers infrastructure, English language schools and IT or professional training providers, not the large universities with in house career centers and enterprise software budgets. Students on those courses have been left to figure out the Irish job market largely on their own, with spreadsheets, scattered job boards, and no way to tell which employers actually sponsor work visas. NextJobStep was built to close that specific gap.

Real experience in IT services and digital education
We have worked across IT services and digital education for international students since 2018. That background, building technical products and working directly with students navigating study and work abroad, is what NextJobStep is built on.

What we actually believe
A few principles that shape every feature we build, not slogans, just the actual reasoning behind the product.
Data beats guessing
Whether it is sponsorship history or application status, students and colleges should see what is actually happening, not have to assume it.
Built for every course, not just English
Cybersecurity, construction, and finance students deserve the same infrastructure English language students get, not an afterthought.
A partnership, not just software
Colleges get a dashboard they can act on and a team that answers questions, not a login and a support ticket queue.
Some of us have been through the Stamp 1G graduate process ourselves here in Ireland, and we know how disorganised that job search can feel without any system behind it, no way to tell which employers actually sponsor, applications tracked nowhere but memory. That is the specific gap NextJobStep was built to close.
